How to Redeem Your Vue Voucher

Receiving Your Voucher

·    You will receive an email containing your reward details.

·    Within this email, click on the provided link to access your Vue e-ticket.

·    Take note of the expiration date to ensure timely use.

·    Your Vue voucher can be redeemed online, via the Vue app, or at the cinema.

Online Redemption

1.           Visit myvue.com

2.           Click on "Cinemas" to view the list of Vue locations.

3.           Use the search function or scroll through the list to find your preferred cinema.

4.           Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

5.           Choose your seats from the available options.

6.           Locate the "Add a Voucher" option.

7.           Enter the voucher number in the box labeled "Enter Code or CEA".

·    If using multiple vouchers, enter each one separately, clicking "Add" after each entry.

8.           Enter your email address in the Contact Details section.

9.           Click "Review and Pay" to finalize your booking.

In-App Redemption

1.           Open the Vue app on your smartphone.

2.           Log in to your Vue account or proceed as a guest.

3.           Select your preferred Vue cinema from the list.

4.           Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

5.           Select your preferred seats from the available options.

6.           On the ticket summary or payment page, locate the "Enter Promo or Voucher Code" section.

7.           Enter your voucher code and tap "Add" to redeem it.

8.           Review your booking details, ensuring the film, date, time, and seats are correct.

In-Cinema Redemption

·    Present your Vue Pass E-Code to a Vue staff member at the box office.

·    Box office staff may need to manually enter the 16-character code, so allow extra time before your screening to complete the redemption process.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

·    Vue vouchers can be redeemed at all Vue cinemas and may be used to book a 2D general admission ticket in all seat types (Super Saver, Regular Saver, Regular, VIP, and Recliner seating).

·    Vouchers can also be used to book 3D, IMAX, or Birmingham Recliner screenings for an additional upgrade fee, plus the cost of 3D glasses if required. Please note that upgrade fees vary by cinema.

·    Vue vouchers can be redeemed online, via the Vue app, or at the cinema.

·    Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.

·    Can be used to book 3D, IMAX or Birmingham Recliner screenings online (at myvue.com) and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee.

·    Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.
