How to Redeem Your Odeon Voucher

Receiving Your Voucher

·    You will receive an email containing your reward details.

·    Click the link in the email to access your ODEON e-ticket.

·    Take note of the expiration date to ensure timely use.

·    Your ODEON voucher can be redeemed online, via the Odeon app, or at a ticket kiosk in the cinema.

Online Redemption

1.            Visit odeon.co.uk or odeoncinemas.ie

2.            Use the search function to select your preferred ODEON cinema.

3.            Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

4.            Select your seat(s) from the seating chart and proceed.

5.            Log in to your ODEON account, create an account, or proceed as a guest.

6.            On the payment or ticket selection page, locate the option labeled "Have a special code?"

7.            Enter your voucher code in the provided field and click "Add".

8.            Enter your details (email, name, etc.), if required.

9.            Complete the booking and pay any remaining balance.

10.     You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.

Note: An online booking fee per ticket applies.

In-App Redemption

1.           Open the ODEON app and log in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one.

2.           Select your preferred cinema from the list.

3.           Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

4.           Select your preferred seats from the available options.

5.           On the ticket selection page, locate the option labeled "Use a special code".

6.           Enter your voucher code in the provided field and click "Apply".

·    If using multiple vouchers, enter each code separately, clicking "Apply" after each one.

7.           Review all booking details, including the film, date, time, and seats.

8.           Complete your booking and confirm.

In-Cinema Redemption

·     ODEON vouchers can only be redeemed at the ticket kiosk.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

·    Odeon vouchers can be redeemed at all Odeon and Odeon Luxe cinemas in the UK and Republic of Ireland, except for Islington Luxe and Dine and ODEON Luxe Leicester Square.

·    Each voucher may be exchanged for one ticket with a standard seat to view a standard 2D film. Upgrades to alternative film formats and seat types are available; however, an additional upgrade fee will apply, which varies by cinema.

·    Odeon vouchers can be redeemed online, via the Odeon app, or at the cinema.

·    Not valid on Recliner+ or any other premium seating types unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema. Standard Recliner seats at a Luxe cinema will incur no seating upgrade fee.

·    Not valid for premium screening types such as 3D, IMAX, ISENSE or Dolby unless you pay an upgrade fee. Upgrade fees vary per cinema.

·    Not valid on ODEON Luxe and Dine or ODEON Event Cinema. Not valid on premieres, special events or screenings or events not open to the public.

·    Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

·    Voucher code is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only.

·    Voucher code is for your personal use only.

·    Voucher code cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink or any other ODEON goods or services.

·    Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms and conditions including ODEON’s general admission terms.
