How to Redeem Your Cineworld Voucher

Receiving Your Voucher

·    You will receive an email containing your reward details.

·    Click the link in the email to access your Cineworld e-ticket.

·    Take note of the expiration date to ensure timely use.

·    Your Cineworld voucher can be redeemed online, via the Cineworld app, or at the cinema.

Online Redemption

1.           Visit www.cineworld.co.uk

2.           Select your preferred Cineworld cinema.

3.           Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

4.           Log in to your Cineworld account, create a new account, or continue as a guest.

5.           Locate the section labeled "Voucher or CEA Card" on the ticket selection page.

6.           Enter your voucher code in the provided field.

7.           In the Select Ticket section, choose the number of seats required.

8.           Click "Confirm Tickets" to proceed with your booking.

Note: An online booking fee per ticket applies.

In-App Redemption

1.           Open the Cineworld app and log in to your My Cineworld account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.

2.           Select your preferred cinema from the list.

3.           Choose your movie, date, and showtime.

4.           Select your preferred seats from the available options.

5.           On the ticket selection page, locate the option labeled "Promo Code and CEA".

6.           Enter your voucher code in the provided field and tap "Redeem".

7.           If using multiple vouchers, enter each code separately, tapping "Add Code" after each one.

8.           Confirm your booking and complete the process.

Note: An online booking fee per ticket applies.

In-Cinema Redemption

·    Present your eCode to a Cineworld staff member at the box office or concession counter and they will exchange it for a cinema ticket to your chosen film.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

·    Cineworld vouchers can be exchanged for one adult ticket to watch any standard 2D film screening at any Cineworld cinema, except for Leicester Square.

·    Not valid Recliner Seating 2D screens.

·    Not valid for Event Cinema, Special Unlimited Screenings, Special Advance Screenings, Movies for Juniors or VIP/premium seating. Not valid for Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts.

·    Uplift applicable for 3D, IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen and ScreenX for an additional upgrade fee plus the cost of 3D glasses if required.

·    If you lose your Instant Voucher we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.

·    Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Cineworld’s general admission terms apply (https://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema).

·    This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

·    No cash alternatives.  This voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

·    This voucher is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded.

·    Vouchers are non-refundable.
